Vale R54216 ex-CPO(FC) Kim “Scruffy” Casas – Vietnam Service on HMAS Yarra

Regret to record the passing on 16 January of R54216 ex-CPO(FC) Kim “Scruffy” Casas aged 84.

Kim was a survivor of the Voyager/Melbourne collision on 10 February 1964 which claimed 82 lives.

2024 is the 60th anniversary of the collision. Kim was an active member of the survivors Association.
